Do you believe in Magic (Bars)?!

I'm a believer!

These easy and devilish bars are so simple to make, they truly are the work of a kitchen magician. (wink)

They also tend to "disappear" quickly as well...perhaps where they got their name from. :)

Here's how to make them:

8 graham cracker cookies (smashed in a plastic zip-lock bag)
1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (feel free to add butterscotch chips as well!)
1 1/2 cups of shredded coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray a 9x13 pan, then lay parchment paper on the bottom and spray again. This will help you remove the bars later and keep them in tact and picture worthy!)

3. Mix the melted butter and graham crackers and press into the bottom of the pan.

4. Sprinkle the walnuts evenly.

5. Add the chocolate chip layer and eat a few, I won't tell...

6. Add the coconut.

7. Pour the condensed milk ensuring the top is completely covered.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the coconut is golden, and let cool before cutting.

Serious yum.

Go ahead, pull a rabbit out of your hat and make Sunday pure magic. There's still time to get ingredients!
