DIY Thin Mints

Happy National Chocolate Mint Day! (Yep, it really is today!)

To celebrate, try these easy DIY Thin Mints today!!

1/2 bag of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon oil
Anna's Chocolate Mint thins
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Melt your chocolate and 1 teaspoon oil in microwave for about 90 seconds and stir until smooth. Add the peppermint extract and stir again.


3. Using a fork, dip your cookie in the chocolate and gently tap the bowl to remove excess chocolate.

4. Place your cookie on the lined tray.

5. Place cookies in the freezer for 20 minutes or until completely set.

Keep in refrigerator and enjoy! EASY!
