Quick Crochet: Granny square mason jar cosy

Even mason jars like to get cozy.

These little granny square beauties nicely dress up a tall boy. Check out The Mason Bar Company to get your own mason jar tumbler.

To make your own cozy you will need:
a chunky yarn- I used Loops and Threads Cozy Wool
size P crochet hook
scrap yarn to sew seams
yarn needle

1. Make two granny squares in whichever colors you choose. I only needed to do two rounds because of the chunky yarn, but a regular wide mouth mason jar would require a third round. Here is a granny square tutorial in case you need it.

2. Sew seams together, right sides facing. Weave in all your yarn tails.

3. Slip on your tumbler and prepare to get cozy with your H2O.
