Valentine's Day Red Velvet Cake Cookies (with mini M&M's)

Love is...baking....

Love is...chocolate...

Love velvet...

Love is....fattening. Luckily Valentine's Day is only once a year!

These are SO easy to make- made of cake mix and simple ingredients, these cookies are soft in texture and give real cake/brownie taste. I like to think of the lack of frosting as calories saved. You're welcome. (But if you are feeling naughty you could use cream cheese icing as a filling and make them sandwich cookies...)

Ingredients: (makes 15 cookies)
1 box of red velvet cake mix
1 stick of butter melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 bag of mini M&M's (or white chocolate chips? YUM!)

Mix your mix, butter, eggs and vanilla, then add in your fixings. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven.

Try not to eat them all and share with those you love. <3
